Service Usage Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the TrakingTransfers service, you accept these terms and conditions in full. We recommend reading carefully before making a booking.
2. Transport Service
The service includes luggage collection and delivery between accommodation on the Rota Vicentina. Collection is in the morning (8:00-10:00 AM) and delivery by end of day (by 6:00 PM). For standard transfers covering one route section, pricing is based on the number of transfers booked. For transfers covering 2 route sections, the full price is charged for both sections. For longer direct transfers covering 3 or more route sections, the price drops to half price (10€ per route section), including up to 2 luggage pieces, with each additional piece at 10€ per transfer.
3. Bookings
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Liability
The company is responsible for luggage during transport between accommodations. We are not responsible for exceptional value items, documents, objects hanging on the exterior of luggage, or fragile objects.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not transport: perishable products, dangerous substances, weapons, drugs, significant amounts of cash, high-value jewellery or important documents (passports, etc.).
6. Service Changes
We reserve the right to change schedules in case of exceptional circumstances (adverse weather, strikes, etc.). Whenever possible, we will give advance notice.
7. Data Protection
Personal data collected is used exclusively for service provision. We do not share data with third parties except when necessary to carry out the transport.

9. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for reservations already started or in progress, or with less than 72 hours notice. In other cases, a cancellation fee of €15 applies. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the first transfer are entitled to a 75% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance are entitled to a 50% refund. Transaction fees are non-refundable.
10. Baggage Collection and Delivery Procedure
We allow some flexibility in baggage collection, but ideally luggage should be ready between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. We will always do our best to have your baggage delivered before your arrival at your next accommodation, but it can be delivered until 6:00 PM. Always leave your baggage in a central location within your accommodation, such as the lobby, living room, reception, or baggage storage. You do not need to be present for baggage collection and delivery and can start the trail before our arrival. We will tag your baggage on the first delivery. DO NOT remove the tag until the end of the trail. We need it to ensure your baggage is delivered to the correct location.
11. Rest Days Between Stages
If you need rest days along the way, simply let us know by email that you would like a rest day and which village you would like it in, and it will be added to your booking.
12. Bookings Without Arrival or Departure Hotel
For situations where there is no hotel for arrival or departure, requests must be sent by email to confirm the possibility of accessing your request.
