Chicken Salad Lunch Pack

Published 25 August 2026

Traking Transfers is adding a new member to the Lunch Pack family: the Chicken Salad Pack, available starting in September to every client booking our transfer and support services along the Rota Vicentina.

What's in the pack

  • Grilled Chicken Salad, available for 1 or 2 people — choose yours in the online shop, inside your client area
  • One piece of fruit — banana or apple, depending on the season
  • Water, 0.50cl

All in practical, recyclable packaging, ready to slide into a backpack and come along on any stage of the trail.

The salad, ingredient by ingredient

Slices of grilled chicken breast sit on a bed of mixed greens (curly lettuce, purple lettuce and arugula), with cherry tomatoes, grated carrot, and thinly sliced red onion, finished with dark seeded-bread croutons. Simple, fresh, and with just the right energy to carry on the journey.

Freshness comes first

Like every Traking Transfers Lunch Pack, there are no shortcuts: the salad is prepared and packed on the day, with the packing and expiry dates always shown on the label.

From the grilled chicken to the seeded bread — every ingredient is chosen with the same care we put into every transfer.

Built for solo walkers and pairs

Designed for people walking alone or in small groups, the Chicken Salad Pack is available in an individual size or a sharing size for two — choose yours in the online shop, inside your client area. It's the right combination of protein, fresh vegetables and hydration to keep going without extra weight in the backpack.

Book your transfer with Traking Transfers and order a Chicken Salad Pack through the shop in your client area for your next stage of the Rota Vicentina.

Stay tuned to our social media and website — more details on availability, pick-up points and prices will be revealed soon, ahead of the official launch in September.
